Curry Chicken Salad


Chicken: 4 cups diced

Mayo: 1 cup (We use Primal Kitchen)

Yellow curry powder: 2 tablespoons

Green apple: 1 chop diced

Purple grapes: 1 cup halved

Slivered or sliced almonds: ½ cup

Celery: 1 cup diced

Red Onions: ¼ cup chopped

Scallions: ¼ cup diced

Cilantro: ½ cup

Lime Juice: 1 lime

Salt: 1 teaspoon


Mix all ingredients together in big bowl and enjoy the heck out of it!
