Cabbage Cilantro Lime Slaw


Purple or Green Cabbage: 1 head (chopped)

Cilantro: 1 bunch (chopped)

Lime: juice of 2

Salt: 2 teaspoons

Chop cilantro by hand in small pieces.

Chop the cabbage by hand OR put it in a food processor

After vegetables are chopped, put all ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.

Enjoy this slaw on tacos, taco bowls, chicken, beef, fish, or by itself.
