Chimichurri

Ingredients

Parsley - 2.5 Cups

Red Onion - ½ Cup

Balsamic Vinaigrette - ½ Cup

Cayenne Pepper - ½ Teaspoon

Salt - 1 ½ Teaspoon

Black Pepper - ¼ Teaspoon

Oregano - 1 Tablespoon

Garlic - 3 Teaspoons

Avocado Oil - 1 Cup

 

 

 

Directions

Blend all ingredients, EXCEPT the avocado oil, in blender

Pour in container

Then add the avocado oil and stir with whisk.

No need to refrigerate

Keeps for a week or so on counter
